Facility Rental Information

PRIVATE PARTIES

 

The Pool and the Clubhouse are available to members for private parties. Members wishing to host a party at the Pool outside of regular hours of operation must notify the Manager at least two weeks in advance so that arrangements can be made for additional lifeguards as necessary. For safety reasons the policy requires one lifeguard per twenty five persons at the Pool whether or not those persons are in the water. The Manager reserves the right to limit access to the Pool for any groups that have not provided notification in advance until it is determined that there is an appropriate number of lifeguards on duty. The Manager will assist in arranging reserved space for all parties when proper notification is provided in advance. All Pool parties must conclude and leave the Pool, deck and restrooms by the designated closing time. All fees are subject to change. See Rental Agreement for complete policies and procedures.  The following rules may also apply:

1.   Only Members may make a reservation. Member must present pool ID when making a reservation. Any Member making a reservation is considered the Host of that event.

2.   The Manager shall provide a copy of a Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) required for hosting events.

3.   All events shall require a $100 security deposit at least seven (7) days in advance.

4.   All payments and the signed Agreement must be provided to make a reservation.

7.   All payments to be in the name of Mountain Shadow Management.

8.   A fee of $50 shall be assessed for all cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Remaining payments shall be returned to the Host.

9.  Host is responsible for post-event clean-up within one (1) hour of the conclusion of the event. Manager shall conduct an inspection at the conclusion of the clean-up. Host shall be assessed for any incurred damages or clean-up cost. Manager shall determine how much of the deposit shall be refunded. Host will be held financially responsible for all costs in excess of the deposit per the Agreement.

10.  All disputes or concerns shall be directed to the Manager within 14 days of the event.

11.  To use both indoor and outdoor facilities, both facilities (and both fees)  must be rented.

12.  Manager retains the ability to monitor and set noise levels (both music and member/guest created) to be respectful of neighbors.

 

POOL PARTIES

 

Pool parties can be held during normal pool hours.  A scheduled party can reserve a picnic area and can have food delivered to the pool. Members will be required to clean-up after themselves during a pool party. Private pool parties can reserve the pool before or after normal operating hours (see Facility Rentals—Outdoor). To host a pool party during normal operational hours, the following options are available:

                 1.   Members may purchase/use guest passes for nonmembers.

                 2.  Members may set up a pool party for $25.00 plus $1.00 for each non-member swimmer. This option may                  be better for larger parties. Please contact a staff member at least 1-week prior to the scheduled party.

                 3.  If all party guests are members of the recreation center, then no special arrangements need to be made. 

 

FACILITY RENTALS - INDOOR

1.  Members of the Wolf Ranch Recreation Center may rent the Clubhouse for $50 for the first hour and $25 per additional hour. Within this fee, the Manager shall supply at least one member of the recreation staff during all indoor events.

2.  No event shall be scheduled for more than 8 hours and all events must conclude by midnight (12:00 AM). 

3.  Pool facility use and access is not permitted except by advance arrangement. Refer to Facility Rentals – Outdoor.

 

FACILITY RENTALS - OUTDOOR

1.  Members of the Wolf Ranch Recreation Center may rent the outdoor pool facility for private use $50 for the first hour and $25 per additional hour.

2.  The Manager shall provide all necessary life guards at an additional rate of $15 per hour per guard.  A minimum of two life guards is required for all events. Based upon the anticipated attendance of the event, additional life guards may be required to maintain a maximum ratio of 25 attendees per life guard regardless of how many guests plan to swim.

3.  No private use event shall be scheduled during normal operating hours unless previously approved by the Old Ranch Metropolitan District. All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. 

4.  Indoor facility use (with the exception of restrooms) is not included with an Outdoor party rate.
