The Mountain Shadow Management recreation staff is experienced and always professional. Our philosophy is simple: provide your community or organization with a friendly and helpful staff that will establish a rapport with your members while providing a fun and safe environment. All our Lifeguards are CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard certified. Directors are responsible for all aspects of pool operations and recreation activities. Directors will be on call at all times to ensure smooth operations, and to address any concerns of the recreation staff and members. Recreation Managers are responsible for the day to day operations and oversee the cleanliness of the pool, recreation facility, and recreation areas. The Manager will serve as a point of contact for members and will complete periodic evaluations of all recreation staff and pool/Community Center operations. Lead Lifeguards are responsible for guard rotation, chemical logs, pool breaks, and pool activities. Lead staff may be asked to assist in managerial functions as well. The lead staff answers directly to the Manager. MSM Recreation Lifeguards and Staff perform lifeguarding duties, interact with members, host functions and events, provide recreation support services for events and parties. Other duties may be performed as deemed necessary by a Manager or Director.
